The scope included replacement complete replacement of Standard concrete curb, 8" thick concrete entrance apron flatwork and concrete sidewalk along the public right-of-way. Because the work was performed at an active shopping center entrance/exit adjacent to busy Dempster Street, safety and access were top priorities. Our crew completed the project with flaggers, directional traffic control signage, and careful coordination with the city to help maintain safe traffic flow while restoring access for customers, tenants, and visitors.
