Our General Contracting Team led the charge every step of the way—transforming a former furniture store into a sleek, modern salon space featuring: 49 private salon suites, 4 public washrooms, Break room & laundry/mechanical room, Coffee bar for guests and stylists, Newly polished concrete floors and exposed ceilings in common areas. The 10,000+ Sq Ft Retail build-out included full demo of all existing mechanicals, interior walls, ceiling grids, and flooring—right down to the slab—before bringing the new layout to life. With a project of this scale, plumbing was no small task! Our in-house plumbing division handled the installation for every suite, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and long-term performance for salon professionals and their clients.
