Plastics Manufacturer Expansion

We recently completed a project for a fast-growing plastic manufacturer in Des Plaines, modifying their existing facility to support the addition of seven new manufacturing lines. This extensive upgrade involved: Installing plumbing, air piping, and chilled water systems to meet increased production demands. Constructing a detailed utility trench and a large mixing pit for the chilled water system. Adding a new chiller, a roof-mounted condensing unit, and a series of pumps to ensure efficient water circulation throughout the facility. Once the infrastructure was in place, our team expertly installed the new manufacturing equipment, enabling the client to scale operations efficiently.
