Upon submitting an electronic work order to
McNellyServices.com you authorize McNelly
Services, Inc. to complete all related tasks
necessary to process your work order submission
in a timely manner. You also here by agree to
pay for all completed work accordingly,
including, but not limited to, labor
(subcontracted and in-house), as well as all
necessary materials furnished to complete the
work described within your work order. You agree
that all statements and information provided to McNellyServices.com is a full disclosure of the
work to be performed and is truthful in nature.
You also agree to pay for any necessary services
utilized in order to complete your work order
submission that was not originally disclosed.
Payment for services provided by McNelly
Services, Inc. is expected 30 days from your
invoice date.
REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY
Certain services will
require the user to register or provide certain
personal data for billing purposes to
McNellyServices.com. In consideration of use of
such services, in registering and providing such
data, you represent and warrant that: (a) the
information about yourself is true, accurate,
current, and complete (apart from optional
items) as required by various
McNellyServices.com forms (b) you will maintain
and promptly update any submitted data to keep
it true, accurate, current and complete and (c)
that all statements and information
provided to McNellyServices.com is a full
disclosure of the work to be performed and is
truthful in nature. If you
provide any information that is untrue,
intentionally misleading and inaccurate, not
current or incomplete, or McNelly Services, Inc.
has reasonable grounds to suspect that such
information is untrue, intentionally misleading
and inaccurate, not current or incomplete,
McNelly Services, Inc. has the right to suspend
or terminate your e-account and refuse any and
all current or future use of the companies
services without prior verbal contact.
McNelly Services.com does not rent, sell, or
share personal information about you with any
other people or nonaffiliated companies except
to provide products or services you've
requested, when we have your permission.
ACCEPTANCE
By using our e-services,
you agree, without limitation or qualification,
to be bound by, and to comply with, these terms
and conditions and any other posted guidelines
or rules applicable to McNelly Services website
as well as the companies’ services. All such
